Do not waste your time going to this location! Drive another 5 min to the Ward Parkway store it will definitely pay off! My family bought 3 new iPhones here and the only 2 staff members were clueless on how to activate and transfer over our data to the new phones. The girl that was "helping" us was the definition of unprofessional. She was wrapped up talking on her own phone more than helping us out with our transaction and had attitude the whole time. My mother asked her a question about the phones and she kept holding her conversation with her friend. After it took her a whole hour to activate the phones (we were the only ones there) I discovered my music, contacts, pictures, and text were merged with my dads and was on booth of our phones. I went to the ward parkway location and they appogized for our bad experience and set up our phones the correct way within 20 min. The Ward Parkway staff was plentiful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Them repairing this stores flaws are the only reason my family is still with sprint...

This is actually my first review on any store within the past 4 years I am not a picky person.

Adam and his crew are service oriented and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only store I will visit. Dont hesitate....THIS is your place.

Customer service is awesome. Josh is a cool dude; I can't say that he knows everything, but he was able to answer all of my questions.

The customer service (specifically Josh Gross) at this location is exceptional! The staff is friendly, efficient in all phones and they go up and beyond to assist their customers. I would highly recommend this location to any Sprint customers and/or new customers looking for exceptional support. Jamel, Josh & LaShonda thank you for everything!

The customer service that I received from Josh and Preston was outstanding. Josh worked with me to move my lines from T-Mobile to Sprint and was very helpful and engaged in what he was doing for me. He made sure to update all my lines and get them established. He explained the savings that I will receive by switching to Sprint. The teamwork that Josh and Preston have is unbelievable. Preston stepped in to help get the data on my old phone transferred to the new phone while Josh continue to update the other phones and the billing system. I must say receiving service like this has made me very HAPPY that I switched from T-Mobile to Sprint! Thanks guys!!!
